For Lurkers and Posters Alike...

I found this over at Faith in Florida when I was making the rounds of my blogs today. Once again, I'm apparently behind the curve on things -- I wasn't even aware that a week to encourage more blog comments had even been developed.

To all of you who have been visiting my blog and leaving comments, thank you very much; having folks read it makes it much more gratifying for me (although it is a good exercise nonetheless and helps to keep the mind sharp), and I'm still amazed -- even after having blogged for this long -- that there are folks interested in what I have to say. For those who visit and don't have anything to say, now's your chance! I'd love to hear from more of you out there!

I don't actually lurk all that much. Blogs that I visit regularly will receive comments from me. But I'm happy to drop you this note, Matt! And I will also say, the more a person blogs, the more interested I am in what he/she has to say. When I click the "Next Blog" button and see a blog that's only been up for a few days or so, I generally just click right past... So keep it up - it gets better as we go along!

It's funny that there are more lurkers than commenters if you check your trackers. I also go to blogs I know the author. As much as possible I leave comments.

Well, I just started reading since beginning the 365, but I have gone back and read some of your older stuff, and it is very interesting.

I do think it is cool to meet another Pisky in such a random way. I guess Julie attracts interesting people :)

I wanted to let you know I just added this page to my Pondering page.

Hi I'm Dawn and I'm a confessed lurker. We have a couple mutual blogging friends and your link was on their pages. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your points of view and I thank you for sharing this part of your world!
